Fenroc is a specialist energy consultancy with deep technical expertise across safety, operational performance, and leadership in high-hazard industries.
Our team are former senior operational and HSE leaders from the world's leading energy companies. We have led operations, managed major incidents, and built organisations in the environments our clients work in every day. We do not bring theory. We bring experience.
Over more than a decade, we have developed 3,000+ leaders across 15+ countries, delivered globally recognised programmes including bp's Leading in Operations -- winner of the Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Programme in 2022 -- and are currently running 10+ active programmes across the global energy industry.
